Returns and Exchanges

FormaFit Active Inc Return Policy is valid 30 days from receipt of your package. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a return or exchange for your item.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Exchanges can be made on open nutritional and supplement items only in the case of a defective or damaged item. Contact us regarding the specific issue at formafitactive@gmail.com, include your full name and order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This will be waived if your product is defective or damaged.
